١. من نحن؟1. Who Are We?
(هَجّة قيمز) منصة ألعاب اجتماعية تفاعلية، وأحد تطبيقات منصة زيّنها هب. تملكها وتُشغّلها زيّنها هب للتطبيقات — شركة سعودية مسجلة بالسجل التجاري رقم 7042574579 — في المملكة العربية السعودية.
Hajjah Games is an interactive social gaming platform and one of the Zayenha Hub platform apps. It is owned and operated by Zayenha Hub for Apps — a Saudi-registered company, CR No. 7042574579 — in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
٢. شروط الحساب2. Account Terms
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً أو أكثر للتسجيل (18+ للألعاب المُصنَّفة للبالغين)
- كل شخص حساب واحد فقط
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة مرورك
- يُمنع استخدام معلومات مضللة عند التسجيل
- نحتفظ بحق تعطيل أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط
- You must be at least 13 to register (18+ for adult-rated games)
- One account per person
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- Providing false information at registration is prohibited
- We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms
٣. الاستخدام المقبول3. Acceptable Use
يُسمح: لعب الألعاب المُفعَّلة مع مجموعتك · مشاركة بطاقات النتائج · تقييم الألعاب.
يُمنع: اختراق المنصة · استخدام الألعاب لأغراض مسيئة · إنشاء حسابات وهمية · نسخ المحتوى المحمي.
Permitted: playing activated games with your group · sharing result cards · rating games.
Prohibited: hacking the platform · using games for harmful purposes · creating fake accounts · copying protected content.
٤. المدفوعات4. Payments
- الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%)
- الدفع عبر بوابات آمنة معتمدة
- الأكواد التفعيلية غير قابلة للتحويل
- راجع سياسة الاسترداد لتفاصيل الاسترداد
- Prices include 15% VAT
- Payments processed via approved secure gateways
- Activation codes are non-transferable

٥. الملكية الفكرية5. Intellectual Property
جميع محتوى المنصة محمي بحقوق النشر. يُمنع نسخ أو بيع أي محتوى بدون إذن كتابي.
All platform content is copyright protected. Copying or selling any content without written permission is prohibited.
٦. القانون المطبَّق6. Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
