إذا لم تكن راضياً عن أي لعبة لأي سبب خلال 24 ساعة من الشراء، سنرد لك كامل المبلغ بدون أسئلة.
If you are not satisfied with any game for any reason within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund the full amount with no questions asked.
٢. شروط الاسترداد2. Refund Conditions
- طلب الاسترداد خلال 24 ساعة من الشراء
- حد أقصى 3 استردادات كل 6 أشهر
- بعد الاسترداد، يُلغى وصولك للعبة فوراً
- لا يمكن إعادة شراء نفس اللعبة بعد استردادها
- استردادات تتجاوز 3 في 6 أشهر تخضع للمراجعة اليدوية
- Refund must be requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Maximum 3 refunds every 6 months
- After a refund, your access to the game is immediately revoked
- You cannot re-purchase the same game after a refund
- Refunds exceeding 3 in 6 months are subject to manual review

Refund requests are processed within 5–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway used.
٥. حالات الاسترداد الجزئي5. Partial Refunds
للباقات المتعددة الألعاب: إذا استُخدمت بعض الألعاب فعليًا، يُحسب استرداد جزئي بناءً على الألعاب غير المستخدمة.
For multi-game packages: if some games were actually used, a partial refund is calculated based on unused games.
