(هَجّة قيمز) تحترم خصوصيتك. هذه الوثيقة تشرح بوضوح ما نجمعه، لماذا، وكيف نحميه. نلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL).
Hajjah Games respects your privacy. This document clearly explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. We comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
١. ما الذي نجمعه؟1. What Do We Collect?
البيانات التي تُقدمها مباشرة:
- الاسم وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني عند التسجيل
- بيانات الدفع (تُعالَج عبر بوابات دفع آمنة — لا نخزّنها مباشرة)
- التعليقات والتقييمات التي تتركها على الألعاب
البيانات التي نجمعها تلقائياً:
- سجلات الجلسات (الألعاب التي لعبتها، الجولات المكتملة، وقت اللعب)
- بيانات الاستخدام العامة (الصفحات التي زرتها، مدة الزيارة)
- نوع الجهاز ومتصفح الويب (بدون تتبع شخصي)
Data you provide directly:
- Name and email address when you register
- Payment data (processed through secure gateways — we do not store it directly)
- Comments and ratings you leave on games
Data we collect automatically:
- Session logs (games played, completed rounds, play time)
- General usage data (pages visited, session duration)
- Device type and browser (without personal tracking)

- لا نجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي الدقيق
- لا نجمع بيانات جهات الاتصال
- لا نجمع بيانات مستخدمي الجلسة (اللاعبين حول الجهاز) — جهاز واحد يكفي
- لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية
- لا نستخدم تتبع الإعلانات
- We do not collect precise geographic location
- We do not collect your contacts
- We do not collect data about other players in your session — one account is enough
- We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We do not use ad tracking

- تحسين توصيات الألعاب المناسبة لك
- إرسال إشعارات خدمية ضرورية (تأكيد الدفع، انتهاء الاشتراك)
- تحليل الاستخدام لتحسين المنصة (بيانات مجهولة الهوية)
- الاستجابة لطلبات الدعم الفني
- To operate your account and activate your subscriptions
- To improve game recommendations suited to you
- To send essential service notifications (payment confirmation, subscription expiry)
- To analyze usage and improve the platform (anonymised data)
- To respond to support requests

نشارك بيانات محدودة مع:
- Cloudflare — البنية التحتية والأمن
- بوابات الدفع — لمعالجة المعاملات فقط
- Resend — لإرسال رسائل البريد الضرورية
لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
We share limited data with:
- Cloudflare — infrastructure and security
- Payment gateways — for transaction processing only
- Resend — for sending necessary email communications
We never sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
٥. حقوقك5. Your Rights
وفق نظام PDPL السعودي، لك الحق في:
- الاطلاع: معرفة ما نجمعه عنك
- التصحيح: تعديل بيانات غير دقيقة
- الحذف: طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك خلال 30 يوم
- التقييد: تقييد معالجة بياناتك في حالات محددة
- الاعتراض: الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك
Under Saudi Arabia's PDPL, you have the right to:
- Access: know what data we hold about you
- Correction: fix inaccurate data
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and data within 30 days
- Restriction: limit processing of your data in specific cases
- Objection: object to the processing of your data
٦. سياسة القاصرين6. Minors Policy
منصة (هَجّة قيمز) للاستخدام العائلي. للمستخدمين دون 18 عاماً، يجب الحصول على موافقة الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني. نوفر ألعاباً مناسبة للأعمار من 6 سنوات، ونعرض تصنيف العمر بوضوح لكل لعبة.
Hajjah Games is designed for family use. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. We provide games suitable from age 6, and clearly display an age rating for every game.
٧. أمان البيانات7. Data Security
- نقل البيانات مشفّر بـ HTTPS/TLS
- كلمات المرور مشفّرة بـ bcrypt
- نسخ احتياطية يومية مشفّرة (30 يوماً)
- مصادقة ثنائية العوامل للوصول الإداري
- Data in transit encrypted with HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- Daily encrypted backups retained for 30 days
- Two-factor authentication for administrative access
٨. ملفات الارتباط (Cookies)8. Cookies
نستخدم ملفات ارتباط ضرورية فقط (جلسة المستخدم + تفضيل الوضع الفاتح/الداكن). لا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط للتتبع الإعلاني.
We use only essential cookies (user session + light/dark mode preference). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
٩. التغييرات على السياسة9. Changes to This Policy
عند تحديث هذه السياسة، سنُخطرك عبر البريد الإلكتروني وعلى المنصة قبل 14 يوماً من تطبيق التغييرات.
When this policy is updated, we will notify you via email and on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect.
